o; suspension for his scuffle with his own bodyguard?
The San Francisco 49ers fired Mike Nolan this week and have replaced him with Mike Singletary (Assistant Head Coach).

Before I conclude, it has come out that the 49ers' have canned head coach Mike Nolan. Nolan went 18-37 in a little over 3 seasons as head coach of the Niners. Assistant head coach Mike Singleta

aren't as skilled offensively or as experienced as those Rams teams, but they may be even hungrier. Mike Nolan could be fired by season's end and what better way to go out than the team playing the hardest and the best that they ever have for him? Isaac Bruce is leading by example and the rest of the team should take notice.

as we get closer to the 2008 season, we'll take a look at what I think about the 49ers' projected roster and how each position looks. starting with the signal-callers, and the surprising (somewhat) leader of the Niner offense...
